AYUSH RASTOGI

Ayush Rastogi is a humble soul and an incredible musician hailing from Noida in Uttar Pradesh. Despite being the most populous state, quality music education is a rare find n UP. Ayush overcame this obstacle through his hard work, passion and dedication to gain an in-depth knowledge and skill at the Bass Guitar, Ukulele and Guitars.

He successfully completed Grade 8 in Electric Bass Guitar with Distinction in 2020 from Rockschool, UK. He also secured a distinction and topped the North India region in Grade 6 Bass Guitar in 2019. Supporting his practical skills, he holds Grade-5 certificate in Theory of Music from Trinity College of London, UK. One interesting fact about Ayush is that he is also an Engineering Graduate from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology. Being head of the Music Society, he led his band to win many competitions in and around the city. They got to headline at various prestigious venues including Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies, NCR Talent festival, NIT Patna, Hard Rock Café.

He is currently part of a band called “The Engineers”, which is a Noida based four-member pop-rock act. They have been featured and interviewed in many places including the “The Indian Music Diaries”.

With over six years of experience in playing music, he has worked with numerous bands as a freelancer, worked on diverse set of compositions, judged many prestigious competitions as well. Along with all this, he been an active and a research-oriented teacher who finds adaptive ways to cater to the all his students needs individually. He is also a strong believer in the application-based learning model. He motivates his students to apply concepts and compose regularly.

He believes It’s easy to achieve great things when you believe in what you do. Music for Ayush is a way of life, passion and everything but work!
