Bridge Music Academy teaches all popular western music disciplines using the latest pedagogy from around the world. In India, we teach the best music classes with the best faculty. We are proud of the fantastic team of faculty that has come together under the banner of Bridge as they all share the vision of Bridge Music Academy. Unless otherwise required, the language of instruction at the academy is sheet music (staff notation) for all instruments including singing and drums.
The subjects taught include Piano, Violin, Keyboards, Electric Guitar, Classical Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Theory of Music, Ukulele, Drums and Vocals. The genres of music taught range from Western Classical to contemporary music including Jazz, Rock, Pop and Bollywood. Practical training at the discipline is complemented by theory of music lessons, which are complementary for students of the Academy.
The teachers at the academy carve out a bespoke scheme of works (quarterly goals and objectives) for each student considering various factors including, but not limited to, students’ profile, learning goals, learning needs, interests in music, motivation, discipline, etc. Teachers then construct lesson plans and give out weekly practice notes to students to clearly highlight the learning outcomes for each week. This helps students achieve a positive learning curve in line with their musical aspirations.
Lessons at the Bridge Music Academy are available in 2 formats, online lessons and face-to-face lessons. The faculty at the Academy has been delivering online lessons for over a decade now, which allowed our young fleet of faculty to switch to delivering online lessons during the pandemic period effortlessly. Bridge Music Academy is one of the only Academy in India equipped to deliver online lessons for Drums and Theory of Music as well. 95% of the lessons, whether online or face-to-face, are delivered in one-to-one format at the Academy ensuring undivided attention to each and every student from the teacher. Both online and face-to-face lessons are available at 30min, 40min and 60min a week format depending on the age and level of the students.
