Sarvesh Sharma is an accomplished drummer and educator with extensive experience in both performance and teaching. With a deep-rooted passion for rhythm and percussion, he has dedicated his career to mastering and sharing the art of drumming. His expertise and commitment to excellence have made him a sought-after mentor for aspiring musicians.
Sarvesh holds a Grade 8 certification in Drums with Distinction from Rockschool London (UK) and further advanced his knowledge by earning a Master’s degree in Music Studies (Drums) from Australia. He trained under the esteemed Mr. Manoj Mavely, an alumnus of Berklee College of Music (USA), refining his skills under world-class guidance. His exceptional talent was recognized early on when he received multiple scholarships from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya for four consecutive years. Additionally, he completed his Sangeet Visharad from Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, securing first position under the mentorship of the legendary Ustad Faiyaaz Khan Sahab of the Delhi Gharana.
As a performer, Sarvesh has graced the stages of prestigious venues such as Talkatora Indoor Stadium, Sri Ram Centre, Kamani and LTG Auditoriums, IIC, and luxury hotels including Ashoka, Le Meridien, and The Oberoi. His dynamic performances at national-level programs and cultural festivals across India have earned him widespread recognition.
With over fourteen years of teaching experience, Sarvesh has mentored students at renowned institutions such as Army Public School, Lorraine Music Academy, School of Symphony, Noida School of Rock, and Musicians Stop. He is also the founder of Drumtek, where he continues to train and inspire drummers to achieve Grade 8 proficiency and beyond. His dedication to education, combined with his vast performance experience, makes him a distinguished faculty member and a guiding force in the world of percussion.
