AANSH KATYAL
Aansh is a young and superbly talented guitarist native to the capital of our country, New Delhi. He discovered the eternal beauty of music early in life and dove right in. Schooling days for him were all about exploring new genres and spending hours practicing his instrument. Like most musicians, he too joined the school band at an early age and captured the nuances involving band performances, competitions and compositions. His passion for music kept growing which led him to perform extensively at various live shows and recitals in and out of the city.
His professional qualifications include Grade 8 in which he secured a Distinction from Rockschool UK, and currently in pursuit of Level 4 RSL Diploma in performance.
A musician develops diverse and holistic knowledge throughout their career, but one can get to know a great deal about them just by studying their greatest influences. For Aansh, that includes Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, Queen, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Avenged Sevenfold and Metallica. These bands really inspired him get into learning the instrument professionally. Though Rock and Metal were the early inspirations, he now plays all kinds of music ranging from blues to metal.
Over the years, he has performed with various bands and currently plays for “Varchasva” at Delhi University. He has recently entered the professional teaching circuit here at Bridge, with an aim to provide quality music education and help his students grow to their fullest potential. His “modern way” of teaching guitar makes him a unique and credible guitar teacher.
