Welcome to Bridge Music Academy
Bridge Music Academy was formed in 2009 with a vision to spread quality music education across India. The aim is not only to help students develop a lifelong appreciation for music but to provide them with musical knowledge and experience that would truly enable them to achieve their musical aspirations, be it professional or hobby. Regular concerts, mandatory theory lessons and International Music Exams pave the way to a well rounded musical development of the students.
Students pursue structured progressive system to gain understanding and technical facility to play the Piano. The course carefully covers all aspects of playing the piano including Scales & Arpeggios, Sight Reading, Ear Training, etc. The genres of music include European Classical, Jazz, Rock and even Bollywood music.
Students gain a command over various aspects of playing the acoustic and electric guitars. The music is mostly Blues, Rock and Jazz. Regular concerts hosted by the Academy provide crucial performance platform that is at the heart of playing this very popular instrument.
Rhythm section builds the foundation for any band to build upon. Students learning drums master their rudiments and gain technical command over different styles of music such as Rock, Pop, Jazz, Reggae, etc. Drummers collaborate with other musicians regularly to form ensembles at the Academy.
Students pursuing vocals study various styles of western music including Classical, Rock, Pop, Jazz and even selections from Broadway Musicals. The students regularly perform with classical ensembles, choirs and rock bands at concerts hosted by the Academy.
Although similar to the piano, keyboards involve learning many other techniques that are unique to the performance on Keyboards such as pitch bend, glissandos, comping, etc. The genre of music taught is mostly Rock, Pop and Jazz with improvisation and use of various sound engines being at the heart of it.
